The festivities begin at 7:00 p.m. in The Campton Place Suite with the seated tasting and then continue at 8:00 p.m. in The Taj Campton Place Restaurant.

The Hotel offers, for an additional $175, the option to take the elevator 'home' for the evening!

Smith-Madrone 2009 Riesling will be served.

7 PM - Dinner in the hotel restaurant, which will feature four Smith-Madrone wines specially selected to complement the menu:

Truffled Ashley Farms Chicken Salad on Toasted Brioche, Yellow Tomato and Crab Tartlet, Duck Confit Spring Roll with Local Peach Barbecue Sauce, a Trio of Scottish Salmon, and Tomato and Parmesan-Crusted Lamb with a Thyme Jus.

Four Smith-Madrone wines will be served:

2008 Chardonnay,
2004 Cabernet Sauvignon and
1995 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
** plus the debut of the 2007 Cook's Flat Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
